About CWS

Caribbean Women Sports, was designed to inspire.

We believe that the stories of women who sacrifice and commit their lives to sports are worthy of being told. We believe that these women and the girls who follow them, deserve to see themselves in ways that they are not seldom seen – as role models, heroines,  leaders, inspirers, strong… ENOUGH.

In a society which constantly tells us that we are not enough, that our bodies are not strong enough, that are minds are not capable of conceiving and creating athletic greatness, we see stories that defy these narratives every day, and CWS’ goal is to find them, and tell them.

CWS does not aspire to bring you news. What we desire to do, with great passion, is to bring you the inspiring stories of women in sport and in the process, inspire others.
